From North,
Take I-95, Exit 3.
Turn right at foot of ramp.
Go thru railroad underpass,
and through light at Railroad Avenue.
Continue straight as road goes up hill,
going slightly right at a "Y".
The next intersection is Greenwich Avenue,
where during the day a policeman directs traffic.
As you look across the Avenue, the Arts Center is straight ahead,
an imposing building (the old Town Hall).
You will need to drive around the block to get in front of the building
on Greenwich Avenue because of one-way streets.
From South
Take I-95, exit 3.
Turn left at foot of ramp.
