MEETING ROOM FOR RENT

Among the best kept secrets at GAC is that groups and individuals may rent our very attractive facilities for a whole variety of different purposes and functions. One of the most popular places for groups to gather is the Meeting Room, a 900SF wooden floored and beautifully paneled chandeliered space that is elegant enough for just about any occasion. Its multi-purpose flexibility allows for a seated lecture-style group of 85, or any number of persons circulating for cocktails, food and conversation. Fitted out with a grand Steinway piano, the Meeting Room is a perfect venue for intimate recitals or other musical gatherings. Its proximity to three adjacent art galleries allows for plenty of room for expansion into other areas, where guests can enjoy high-quality art in a relaxed setting.

The space is available seven days a week for any number of programs, meetings, rehearsals, events – or just bringing friends together around a special occasion. Located conveniently in the heart of Greenwich on the second floor of the Old Town Hall Building, it is air-conditioned and handicap-accessible with parking readily available on the streets and surrounding lots. Rental fees are reasonable and vary depending on times and particular spaces used.
