FLY A KITE! Kite Festival 2013
The
annual Kite Flying Festival returns to Greenwich Point this spring.
Dates are Saturday, April 20 starting at 10:30am, with a raindate
of Sunday, April 21 at 11:30am. The Festival is sponsored by the Greenwich
Arts Council and the Town of Greenwich Department of Parks & Recreation
in partnership with Smart Kids Toys. Participants are encouraged to
bring kites of all shapes and sizes, made of plastic, paper or fabric.
Award ribbons will be presented to all high fliers.
