Go Fly A Kite!
Annual Kite Flying Festival

Saturday, April 14 at 11am with a raindate of Sunday, April 15 at noon

A longtime Greenwich tradition, participants in this spring celebration are encouraged to bring kites of all shapes and sizes, made of paper, plastic or fabric – in fact, anything that will fly. Each flyer will receive a certificate to McDonalds, and be eligible for a drawing for gift certificates from Smart Kids’ Toys. It all happens at Greenwich Point.

The Festival is sponsored by the Greenwich Arts Council and the Town of Greenwich Department of Parks and Recreation in partnership with McDonalds and the educational toy store Smart Kids. Participants are encouraged to bring kites of all shapes and sizes, made of paper, plastic or fabric.
